The Frozen Grinch

Peppermint Mocha

And they’ll feast, feast, feast, feast. 

They’ll eat their Who-Pudding and rare Who-Roast Beast. 

But that’s something I just cannot stand in the least. 

Every holiday meal should end with something sweet! 

Why, you need a whiskey cream made in the southeast. 

Check out this superb recipe Jackson Morgan just released! 

 

Ingredients: 

1 pint green mint chocolate chip ice cream

1/4 cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha

2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Whipped topping, for garnish

2 sprig fresh mint

2 maraschino cherries

 

Directions: 

  1. Blend ice cream and Peppermint Mocha Liqueur in blender, scraping down sides as needed until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour chocolate sauce around the inside of a chilled glass. Pour ice cream mixture into  a prepared glass.
  3. Top with whipped topping, mint sprig and maraschino cherry. Serve and enjoy
