Salted Caramel
The New Year is almost here, have you thought about what cocktail to sip on? This salted caramel cocktail has coffee liqueur in it to help keep you up to see the ball drop.
Ingredients:
2 oz Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in salted caramel
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
Chocolate Frosting (for riming glass)
Gold Star Sprinkles (for riming glass)
Directions:
To rim the glass, use a butter knife to frost the edge of the glass with chocolate frosting. Carefully wipe away any mistakes with a wet paper towel. Then dip in gold star sprinkles and gently press the sprinkles into the frosting. I found my sprinkles on Amazon here, but Texan Sprinkles also has several festive options.
Next, combine Jackson Morgan, vodka, and coffee liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice in the rimmed glass.
