Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate For a Crowd Recipe

Peppermint Mocha

If one of your Christmas wishes is to wash fewer dishes, you will love this peppermint mocha hot chocolate recipe that can be simply prepared in your slow cooker! Anytime I am expecting a crowd, I prefer to prepare this holiday favorite ahead of time. I can also conveniently serve the hot chocolate from a slow cooker without having to dirty up several pots or transfer the beverage to another dispenser. This significantly cuts down on the number of dishes that require my attention, which lets me enjoy the company of my guests a little longer.

Ingredients

1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Cup Heavy Cream

8 Cups Milk

1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

16 Ounces Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate Chips

Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha

Marshmallows, Garnish

Directions

In a slow cooker, set to low heat add sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Allow to cook on low for 3-4 hours until the chocolate chips have melted. Stir often so the chocolate chips will be well mixed in. Then turn to warm 30 minutes before the party starts.

Serve in mugs with 1 ½ ounces of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in peppermint mocha to make it boozy. Garnish with marshmallows or peppermint sticks. Enjoy immediately.
