Peppermint Hot Chocolate Pudding Shots
Peppermint Mocha
Enjoy your favorite cold weather beverage in the form of a petite pudding shot. The palate-pleasing flavor of peppermint is combined with traditional hot chocolate and prepped into personal pudding cups. Mini marshmallows and crushed peppermint candies make the most delicious garnish for these cool and refreshing shots.
Ingredients:
1 Package Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 Packet Hot Chocolate mix
2/3 Cup Whole Milk, Cold
2/3 Cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha, Cold
Mini Marshmallows, Garnish
Crushed Peppermints, Garnish
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together the chocolate pudding mix and hot chocolate packet. Then whisk in cold milk and Jackson Morgan Southern Cream until mixture is well combined. Next, pour into mini plastic cups, top with a sprinkle of crushed peppermint, and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Garnish with mini marshmallows when ready to serve. Enjoy!
