A little theater never hurt anybody. Chocolate liqueur and half-and-half round out our Grasshopper Pie Southern Cream, then a bit of dry ice sends it out under a cloud of fog. Save this one for Halloween parties, late nights, and any time you want a drink that makes an entrance.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Jackson Morgan Grasshopper Pie
1 oz. chocolate liqueur
1 oz. half-and-half
Dry ice and grated chocolate, for garnish
Directions:
Add Jackson Morgan, chocolate liqueur, and half-and-half into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until combined and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with grated chocolate and a small piece of dry ice, and wait for the fog to clear before sipping. Cheers!
