If you only make one Grasshopper Pie cocktail, make it this one. Heavy cream softens our Grasshopper Pie Southern Cream into something closer to a slice of pie than a drink, and the chocolate-rimmed glass handles the rest. Simple enough for a Tuesday, pretty enough for company.
Ingredients:
3 oz. Jackson Morgan Grasshopper Pie
1 oz. heavy whipping cream
Chocolate syrup, for rimming
Chocolate shavings and mint, for garnish
Directions:
Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup and set aside. Add Jackson Morgan and heavy whipping cream into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine and strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate and mint. Cheers!
