Drunken Reindeer Hot Chocolate

Peppermint Mocha

Boost the cheer factor on any mug of classic hot chocolate with a rambunctious little reindeer garnish and a “Dasher” of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream.

Ingredients: 

Reindeer Garnish 

Large Marshmallow 

Rosemary Sprig 

Chocolate Decorating Icing 

Cherry 

 

Hot Chocolate 

8 Ounces Hot Chocolate 

1 ½ Ounces Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha 

Whipped Cream, Garnish 

Directions:

Make the reindeer garnish by using a large marshmallow and cutting a rosemary sprig in half. Place two halved pieces of rosemary in the top of the marshmallow for antlers. Then using chocolate icing, make eyes. Cut a cherry in half with kitchen scissors then use a toothpick cut in half to place cherry in the marshmallow for the nose. Place decorated marshmallow on a wooden skewer. Set aside. 

Make hot chocolate according to the directions. Then stir in Jackson Morgan. Garnish with whipped cream. Place decorated reindeer marshmallow in the glass as a garnish. Cheers!
