Lobster Boil Bar

Did you catch our Tennessee lobster boil party on The Sip last week?

Items that provide both aesthetic appeal and functionality are at the top of my list these days. Throughout my experience hosting various parties and gatherings, I have realized my adoration for having a sideboard near our table as a simple and convenient location to set up our dessert and beverage bar. The surface space also offers the opportunity to organize items like plates, napkins, and party favors.

For our lobster boil, guests found effortless access to toppings to personalize their root beer float right there at the bar. Mini plates for the dessert course were handy in this location as well. I included paper towels for easy cleanup after making root beer floats or using too much butter on a lobster roll. Finally, the half lemon paper napkins were not only a nod to the theme but also a cheerful addition to the tablescape of the bar.
