Christmas Table

For our table this year, I wanted something traditional. This plaid table throw and napkins from Pottery Barn made the table. Sur la Table made these fun napkin rings that went with the plaid well. I used my trusty gold chargers and flatware that I adore.

Sasha Nicholas designs these gorgeous monogramed plates and champagne bucket, which I used as a vase for my poinsettia. No dinner party would be complete without my Nora Fleming pieces. The holiday minis are so fun and matched my red Le Creuset pieces perfectly.

Abigail T penned our ornaments with everyone’s names for a party favor and she created the red place cards. The ornaments hung on mini lighted trees. Hester and Cook made these adorable Santa placemats that are paper so you can throw them away after the party for easy clean up. To keep things simple, I only added red taper and mercury candles for the table.

In my family, we prefer prime rib to turkey for Thanksgiving. So I served our traditional menu, prime rib, butternut squash, creamed spinach and kale, green beans, Brussel sprouts, and fingerling potatoes. Jackson Morgan peppermint mocha is the perfect cocktail to serve for Christmas dinner especially with a red striped paper straw.
