Charcuterie boards have been a big buzz on the internet for some time, and I saw a spinoff idea
that I knew would be a perfect fit for tailgating. Instead of a large board or tray of cheese and
crackers, serve up snacks in a plastic cup so each guest can grab and enjoy. Begin in the bottom
of the cup and layer nuts, dried fruit, then top with cheese. Add cherry tomato, choice of meat,
and a cheese cube to a skewer. Garnish these goods with a sprig of rosemary and serve to your
squad. If you are Tennessee fans like us, add orange slices. Cheers!
