Meet your new fall favorite: Boozy Pumpkin Cheesec Meet your new fall favorite: Boozy Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars made with a generous splash of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream.

Ingredients:
● 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
● 1/4 cup sugar
● 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
● 1/4 teaspoon salt
● 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
● 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
● 1/2 cup brown sugar
● 1/2 cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll, divided
● 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
● 1 1/2 cup heavy cream, divided


Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper with over hang
 on two sides to create a sling. Spray parchment paper with nonstick spray. Set
 aside.

2. In a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter and salt and mix until all 
the crumbs are moistened and mixture has the consistency of wet sand. Press mixture 
into bottom and slightly up sides of prepared pan.

3. Bake crust in oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove crust and cool.

4. Using a stand, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin, brown sugar, 
1/4 cup Jackson Morgan in Spiced Pumpkin Roll and pumpkin pie spice
 and beat until combined.

5. In a separate bowl whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold 2/3 of the whipped cream
 into pumpkin mixture until combined. Pour into prepared crust and chill overnight.

6. Add remaining 1/4 cup Jackson Morgan in Spiced Pumpkin Roll to
 remaining whipped cream and fold to combine. Set aside for serving.

7. When ready to serve, remove bars from refrigerator and lift entire slab from pan using 
parchment paper sling. Slice into bars and garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie
 spice.
