The Spring season brings so many reasons to celebrate. After several months of winter, I am always excited for brighter colors and warmer weather. Additionally, Easter is easily one of my favorite holidays. I enjoy preparing for a party with pretty pastel hues and patterns, as well as small ceramic bunnies to accompany each place setting (a gift from a family friend which I will always treasure). Oval ramekins filled with tiny but tasty chocolate eggs can serve as an unexpected sweet treat for guests prior to the meal.

Dress each place setting to a T with twillies from The Preppy Stitch. Select a velvet or ribbon base to highlight your monogram, available in a variety of colors and arrives as a set of four. Consider thinking outside your norm for table decor. The centerpiece I often showcase is actually a champagne bucket from Sasha Nichols that I love to use as a vase.

For Pete’s Sake Pottery is an automatic favorite I highly recommend for unique pottery pieces. Gingham patterned carrot shaped dishes alongside matching patterned pastel ceramic eggs, as well as mini ceramic Easter Peeps are just a few specialty items I adore from the spring collection. If you find yourself on the receiving end of an Easter gathering invitation, Artist Susan Brown also creates custom hand painted pieces that make charming hostess gifts.
