Peppermint Mocha Truffles, but make them boozy ✨

Rich dark chocolate with a splash of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha and a festive peppermint crunch. Perfect for holiday parties, gifting, or a cozy night in.

Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 pound dark chocolate, chopped, divided
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha
• 4 teaspoons avocado oil
• Crushed peppermint candies, for garnish

Directions:
Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Place butter and 6 ounces of chocolate in a medium bowl and pour hot cream over top. Let sit 2 to 3 minutes.
Add Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
Scoop and roll mixture into balls using a tablespoon. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill 30 minutes.
Melt remaining chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each. Stir in avocado oil until smooth and let cool slightly.
Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate, coating twice if desired.
Return to baking sheet, garnish with crushed peppermint candies, and chill 1 hour before serving.
