Ingredients:
Pumpkin Cold Foam
3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
1 Tablespoon Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll
Pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Martini
1 ½ Ounces Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll
½ Ounce Coffee Liqueur
1 Ounce Vodka
2 Ounces Espresso, Room Temperature
Star Anise, Garnish
Pumpkin Pie Spice, Garnish
Directions:
First make the cold foam, add heavy cream, Jackson Morgan and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice to a glass, using a handheld frothier, froth until desired thick foam consistency. Set cold foam aside.
To make the martini, add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass, top with a generous dollop of boozy cold foam. Then garnish martini with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a whole star anise. Enjoy!
