Hosting a casual summer gathering offers the host the opportunity to think outside the box as far as theme, but you can also go out on a limb with the libations! Obviously you could serve up something traditional like sweet tea or lemonade, but I think party-goers also appreciate being provided the possibility of sipping on something new and unique. Jackson Morgan Southern Cream Spiked Root Beer Floats are just what the party ordered!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Ounces Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
Vanilla Ice Cream
Root Beer
Whipped Cream, garnish
Cherry, garnish
Directions:
In a chilled glass, add two or three scoops of vanilla ice cream. Next, add Jackson Morgan in brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour in root beer until the glass is full then garnish with whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy immediately.
*Make sure and add ingredients in this order to lessen the amount of curdling.
