For my Easter brunch, I made banana bread and spiked it with Jackson Morgan’s banana pudding flavor. I cheated (a little) and used William-Sonoma’s banana bread mix. I love banana bread, but sometimes I do not have time to make it from scratch, and this mix saved the day.
For the banana bread recipe (per William-Sonoma’s instructions on the back of the mix), I swapped out 1/3 cup water for 1/3 cup Jackson Morgan in banana pudding. It was a crowd favorite and one of my favorite parts of my brunch.
