Sundaes are not just for children, this “adult” version would be fun to serve at a party or create a sundae bar with different toppings. Our salted caramel cream adds a fun flavor to this dessert.
Ingredients:
2 oz Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in salted caramel
Two or Three Scoops of Salted Caramel Ice Cream
Brownie Bites
Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Cookies
Directions:
In a bowl, place brownie bites, either homemade or store bought. Then top with a few scoops of salted caramel ice cream. Pour our salted caramel cream on the ice cream. Top with your favorite sundae toppings. We used chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and chocolate cookies. You could use cherries, nuts, caramel sauce, hot fudge, sprinkles, etc.
