Regular dark hot chocolate mix is made extra sweet with homemade chocolate whipped cream. You will not want to forget the key ingredient: a splash of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha flavor.
Ingredients:
Chocolate Whipped Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Dark Hot Chocolate
Dark Hot Chocolate Mix
1 ½ Ounces of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha
Shaved Dark Chocolate, Garnish
Directions:
Chocolate Whipped Cream
Place the bowl and whisk of an electric mixer in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once chilled, whisk with medium speed whipping cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Place whipped cream in a pipping bag fitted with a tip. Place in fridge while you make hot chocolate.
Dark Hot Chocolate
Make dark hot chocolate according to directions on the package. Then stir in Jackson Morgan Southern Cream. Top with homemade dark chocolate whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate.
