Tennessee is enjoying a snow day today. Besides spiked hot chocolate, Jackson Morgan snow cream is a tasty treat on the rare occasion that the south has snow. We always made snow cream growing up, but this is the more fun adult version.
Ingredients:
5-8 Cups Fresh Snow
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 Ounces Jackson Morgan Southern Cream Salted Caramel
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the fresh snow with a can of sweetened condensed milk until you have the consistency you prefer (you may not need the whole can of sweetened condensed milk).
Then pour Jackson Morgan on top of the ice cream. You can mix in your favorite flavor, the whipped orange also works well.
Enjoy immediately.
