Even though fall is around the corner, we still have a few more weeks of warm weather. This spiked ice cream sundae recipe is perfect for end of summer parties. It would be fun to have a sundae bar with different toppings!
Ingredients:
· 2 Oz Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Salted Caramel
· Vanilla Ice Cream
· Whipped Cream, for garnish
· Spinkles, for garnish
· Cherries, for garnish
Directions:
For this easy recipe, put two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a bowl. Pour Jackson Morgan in salted caramel over the ice cream.
Top with your favorite sundae toppings. We used whipped cream, sprinkles, and topped with a cherry. Cheers!
