This decadent drink combines the cozy flavors of caramel and pumpkin pie with a boozy twist, thanks to Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll. Perfect for sipping by the fire pit or serving at your next autumn gathering, it’s a sweet, creamy treat that tastes just like dessert in a glass. With a graham cracker-rimmed glass, a drizzle of caramel, and a dollop of whipped cream, this martini is as indulgent as it is delicious.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons caramel sauce, divided (plus more for garnish)
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Ice
2 ounces caramel vodka
2 ounces Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll
Whipped cream
Directions:
1. Drizzle 1 tablespoon decoratively on the inside of a chilled martini glass. Pour remaining tablespoon of caramel into a shallow dish. Pour graham cracker crumbs in a separate shallow dish. Dip rim of martini glass into caramel sauce and then into graham cracker crumbs to coat. Set aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka and Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into prepared martini glass. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce. Cheers!
