Boozy Strawberry and Banana Pudding Cups
Banana Pudding CreamWhether it is a birthday, bridal shower, or just a Thursday whatever you are celebrating this spring invite the refreshing flavors of strawberry and banana to the bash with boozy pudding cups. Save prep time by picking up a ready-made pound cake at the grocery alongside the other simple ingredients. Our signature Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in banana pudding flavor is pure perfection in this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Package of Banana Pudding Instant Mix
1 ½ Cup Milk, Cold
½ Cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in banana pudding, Cold
Pound Cake (Store Bought)
Whipped Topping, Thawed
Strawberries, Sliced
Bananas, Sliced
Directions:
First make the boozy pudding, in a bowl whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk and Jackson Morgan. Whisk for two minutes until soft set, refrigerate the pudding while you prepare the other ingredients. Cube the pound cake with a serrated knife. Slice the strawberries and bananas, set aside a few whole strawberries for garnish.
Assemble the pudding cups, I used goblet glasses, but you can use any serving dish you prefer. Layer your ingredients, start with the boozy pudding, top with pound cake, then a sprinkle of the sliced strawberries and bananas. If you have room in your serving dish repeat these layers, then top with whipped topping and garnish with a whole strawberry. SIP TIP: When finishing the dessert, add whipped topping to a piping bag with a tip and pipe the whipped topping as the final layer. This will create a pretty swirl on top. Cheers!
