Boozy Graveyard Pudding Cups

Salted Caramel

Serve the first pudding cup that will petrify all who dare to approach with a spoon. When gravestones, squirmy worms, plump pumpkins, and eerie eyes glare up from their cup – be warned, guests may gasp. But soon all will be digging plot holes in their pudding graveyards and grinning over these terrifyingly tasty treats. As the ghostess with the mostest, be diligent not to forget the most crucial ingredient, the Jackson Morgan Southern Cream BOO-ZE!

Ingredients:

1 3.9 Ounce Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix

1 3.9 Ounce Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix

3 1/2 Cups Cold Milk, Divided

½ Cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream, salted caramel, cold

A Package of Chocolate Creme Sandwich Cookies

8 Oval Shaped Cookies

Black Decorating Frosting

Green Decorating Frosting

Candy Pumpkins

Gummy Worms

Eyeball Sprinkles

Directions:

Make the chocolate pudding according to the directions on the box. Then make the vanilla pudding subbing ½ cup of the milk for cold Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in salted caramel. Allow to set for a few minutes.

Make the tombstone cookies while the pudding sets, by using black decorating icing to write “RIP” on the oval cookies. Add the chocolate crème cookies to a food processor and process until they are crumbs.

Assemble the pudding cups by layering the chocolate pudding, cookie crumbs, then the boozy caramel vanilla pudding. Repeat until you are close to the top of the container, ending with cookie crumbs. I used mini witches cauldrons, but you could use plastic clear cups or even wine glasses.

Then garnish the pudding cups with candy pumpkins, “RIP” tombstones, gummy worms, eyeball sprinkles, and green icing to look like grass. Enjoy!
