Boozy Bananas Foster Sundae

Banana Pudding Cream

For a fun final course, serve up bowls of Bananas Foster - sundae style! Seasonings and spices will tickle guests’ taste buds, and the ice cream will certainly satisfy their sweet tooth. Opt to make your Bananas Foster boozy by adding drizzles of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Banana Pudding flavor.


Ingredients: 

3 Tablespoons Butter 

3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 

¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 

¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg 

3 Bananas, Sliced Longways 

2 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans 

Vanilla Ice Cream  

2 Tablespoons Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Banana Pudding 

2 Tablespoons Chopped Toasted Pecans 

Directions:

Over low/medium heat in a non-stick pan melt butter. Add in brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and stir. Then add bananas cut side down and cook in butter sauce for 2 minutes on each side. In a martini glass, add two banana slices. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream then drizzle Jackson Morgan over the ice cream. Top with a handful of chopped pecans and enjoy!
