The food on the Thanksgiving table may get a lot of hype, but definitely keep the bar stocked with beverage options for guests to sip on. I enjoy setting out seasonal garnishes such as cranberries and candied pecans for a quick snack or garnish. Sip Tip: Frozen cranberries make fun and functional ice cube alternatives.
To accent the lower level, I stacked books in my selected color scheme and topped with a glistening glass pumpkin. I also included a raffia turkey, a Target find from a few years ago, to add a little texture.
For my bar scene, the true statement piece is really the Estelle martini glasses. The right glass can make any cocktail classy. A safe bet to serve is our signature Jackson Morgan Southern Cream. The flavors are so sensational they can be sipped straight, requiring no fancy bartending skills. While most of the focus and fuss is made over the food, you can take the opportunity to keep the drinks simple. Coming Up on The Sip: If you desire to serve a more elegant and decorative drink, stay tuned for our Pecan Pie Martini recipe that is the perfect nod to the holiday.
