Salted caramel, but make it boozy!
This Salted Caramel Mousse is rich, smooth, and spiked with a splash of Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Salted Caramel for the perfect dessert moment.

Ingredients
Caramel Sauce:
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp water
¼ cup + 1 Tbsp heavy cream, warm
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
1 Tbsp Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Salted Caramel
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt flakes
Mousse:
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp caramel sauce
1½ cups heavy cream, divided
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 Tbsp Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Salted Caramel

Directions:
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring sugar and water to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until deep caramel in color. Remove from heat and carefully whisk in heavy cream, then whisk in butter, Jackson Morgan Salted Caramel, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth. Let cool.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and caramel sauce until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. In another bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar and Jackson Morgan Salted Caramel until stiff peaks form. Divide mousse between 6 glasses, top with whipped cream, and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
