As delicious as it is simple, this fluffy boozy lemon whipped cream is perfection dolloped atop mixed berries or other fruits, as well as traditional summer pies and cakes.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Heavy Cream
¼ Cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Lemon Icebox
2-4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
Fruit (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Lemon Twist, Garnish
Directions:
Add heavy cream, Jackson Morgan Southern Cream, powdered sugar (add more or less depending on how sweet you want your whipped cream), vanilla extract and lemon zest to a whipped cream maker. Follow directions on your maker. Then top your favorite fruit with this boozy addition then garnish with a lemon twist. Cheers!
