Shaken Pumpkin Espresso Cocktail

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, room temperature

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons maple syrup

Ice

2 (2-ounce) shots espresso

1/2 cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll, chilled (divided)

1/2 cup whole milk

1/4 cup half-and-half, chilled

Pumpkin pie spice 

Directions:

1. Pour brewed coffee evenly into an ice cube tray and freeze solid, 6 hours or overnight.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together sugar and cinnamon until combined. Pour maple syrup into a separate shallow dish. Dip rims of two highball glasses into maple syrup and then into cinnamon sugar to coat. Fill with coffee ice cubes and set aside.

3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add espresso, 1/4 cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll, whole milk and ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into prepared glasses.

4. Pour half-and-half and remaining Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Spiced Pumpkin Roll into a glass measuring cup and froth with a milk frother. Top each drink with cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Cheers!
