I included all the fun toppings for sundaes. I used chocolate caramel cookies, mini ice cream cones, brownie bites, peppermints, caramel chocolate squares, marshmallows, cherries, chocolate covered pretzels, peanut butter cups, waffle cone bowls, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, and mini Jackson Morgan bottles for extra boozy sundaes. Guests could build personalized ice cream sundaes. It made the party extra fun.
To create this at home, utilize an oversized tray. I found an antique wooden soda crate and linked a similar one below. Line the tray with paper or plastic wrap to keep your toppings from leaking through the bottom. I arranged extra paper from the table runner. Then layer in your large items first and fill with your favorite ice cream toppings. Keep your ice cream containers and mini ice cream cones in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
The recipes for boozy ice cream are coming to The Sip blog soon, stay tuned.
