Orange Pudding Cups

As a stand alone last course, or part of a buffet of delicious desserts, we invite you to enjoy this adult version of a childhood favorite. Store bought instant vanilla pudding mix combined with chilled Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in whipped orange cream makes a fun and flavorful base to a crispy, crumbly vanilla wafer crust. Once you swoop a spoon into this dish, delight is sure to follow.

Ingredients: 

½ Cup Vanilla Wafer Cookies, Crushed

4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

3.4 Ounces Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix

¼ Cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Whipped Orange Cream, Cold

1 ¾ Cup Milk, Cold

Whipped Cream, Garnish

Orange Twists, Garnish

Directions:

Place vanilla wafer cookies in a zip bag and use a rolling pin to crush until fine crumbs. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter. In the bottom of mini glass jars, press the cookie crumb mixture into the bottom to create a crust. Set aside.

Make the pudding by whisking the instant pudding mix with cold Jackson Morgan and milk until soft set according to directions on package. Top cookie crusted mini jars with the orange pudding mixture. Garnish with whipped cream and orange twist. Enjoy!
