Now for the details on the bar cart. Black, white, and a touch of gold screams New Year’s Eve. This bar cart is a World Market find from a few months ago. I found this adorable star banner on Amazon. I have had my eyes on these fun champagne glasses from Anthropologie for a few months now and finally purchased them for New Year’s. The gold scalloped plates are from Waiting on Martha and the gold forks are from Target. To pull everything together, I used several different sized cake stands to create a tiered tray to hold desserts.
As for sweets, I had truffles, gold wrapped candies, cookies, macarons, and cupcakes. To be honest, I cheated with the cupcakes by buying them from my local grocery store and topping with fancy sprinkles from Texan Sprinkles. Most people traditionally drink champagne on NYE, but at our house, Jackson Morgan salted caramel cream is the drink of choice.
ow let’s chat party favors. I saw these gold favor boxes from Swoozies and knew they would make the perfect favor boxes. I put gold foiled macarons in these pretty boxes as favors for each guest. No NYE party is complete without party hats and blowers which double as a take home gift too.
Abigail T made this beautiful calligraphy banner. I moved the bar cart to create an instant photo booth to capture fun memories. These balloons were a Target dollar bin find. I used Jackson Morgan bottles instead of the tradition balloon weights to create some flair for the photo booth. My outfit from Draper James could not have matched the party any better.
These adorable striped pieces from Coton Colors are a staple at my house, I change out the attachments for each season. The champagne bottle attachment normally stays on all year because why not celebrate everyday? I filled the cookie jar with black and white cookies for an extra treat. You can shop this post below.
