Ingredients:
1 pint green mint chocolate chip ice cream
1/4 cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
Whipped topping, for garnish
2 sprig fresh mint
2 maraschino cherries
Directions:
- Blend ice cream and Peppermint Mocha Liqueur in blender, scraping down sides as needed until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour chocolate sauce around the inside of a chilled glass. Pour ice cream mixture into a prepared glass.
- Top with whipped topping, mint sprig and maraschino cherry. Serve and enjoy
