There are a few aspects of the stadium you may wish to replicate at your tailgate. For us, one of those is most definitely hot popcorn. Serve it salty and buttered, keep it light, or boozy with Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in salted caramel – you really cannot go wrong! Sometimes, when your mind is wound up in the game, it is just hard to decide what you want. In those moments, most of our friends and family reach for something to please both pleasures of the palate. Turkey Roll-Ups are another tasty tradition. Even the most complicated item on the menu is super well-received and straightforward, so much, so they never seem to last until halftime! Caprese bites are heavenly little morsels of mozzarella, grape tomatoes, and basil leaves, all stacked on a kabob stick then drizzled with balsamic glaze. These might sound a little fancy for a football party, but they pair perfectly with punting the pigskin.
